I have always used Directions due to it being sold nearby, and when I first used "Flamingo Pink" it was incredibly (almost glow-in-the-dark) vibrant but I found faded alot quicker, using this, it washes out to the colour of the flamingo pink and lasts a LOT lot longer than it. As with all dyes, please be aware that result may vary due to things such as hair type, colouring, condition of the hair etc. This dye is designed to not only keep hair looking colourful and vibrant, but to also keep hair in top condition. With no ammonia, peroxide or PPD and a strict in house 'no animal testing' policy - Directions Semi Permanent Hair Colour is not only the best fashion shade of choice, it's also the safer way to colour.As with any bright colour though, I would recommend covering any white areas in the bathroom - it can get a tad, well, pink! It looks really cool as it fades out too, you get lots of shades from pink to purplely pink and brilliant looking blonde highlights - Having tried lots of Directions colours this one is by far my favourite! This colour will create the most vibrant results on bleached blonde hair, and a more subtle tint on light but unbleached hair. For more intensive coloring, cover the hair with a plastic cap or foil and let it work through a heat source. It washed out quicker than blue shades seem to but not such a bad thing with my daughter being back at school next week!

Allow the Directions hair dye to process for 15-30 minutes then rinse your hair thoroughly to reveal your new pink hairstyle. Applied on slightly yellow-y bleached hair, this came out amazingly vibrant, very much like sfx atomic pink - just slightly more muted.
